does horse riding count?
does anyone else out there have horses? when i ride i consider this a pretty intense work out if i'm riding for an hour or so. does this count as a mini work out? (my legs and thighs sure think it does) would love to talk to other members who have/enjoy horses!

how often should you weigh yourself?
i only weigh myself at the gym every few days because their scale is SO MUCH better than mine at home. I really dont like weighing myself more than a couple of times a week. How often do you weigh yourself?

i am looking for a good womans daily vitamin. i live close to a GNC so i'm wondering if anyone can make a suggestion. will these be big horse pills? i usually take the centrum chewables cuz i hate swallowing those big pills. also, what do you do with flax seed? can you pour it over cereal? thanks!
