How is distance measured on a treadmill?
As in, is it km or miles? And how do you calculate it? If it says you did a distance of 2.25, is that 2.25km, or 225 metres? I should know this, I've had my treadmill for a couple of yrs now but its sat there for quite a few months an now I'm getting back into it. Edit: I'm in Australia, if that makes a difference?
