As in, is it km or miles? And how do you calculate it? If it says you did a distance of 2.25, is that 2.25km, or 225 metres?
I should know this, I've had my treadmill for a couple of yrs now but its sat there for quite a few months an now I'm getting back into it.
Edit: I'm in Australia, if that makes a difference?

Commercial treadmills are computer-controlled. I can't speak for all brands, but I know each Life Fitness treadmill is individually tested and calibrated at the end of the assembly line before it is boxed up.
The distance (2.25 per your example) will be in miles or kilometers, depending on where the treadmill was purchased.0
