New to exercise...but lazy

I was wondering what the best exercise is to do when you're just starting out. I basically only walk, and although that has helped me lose 14 kg, I need to shake it up so I can lose the last 11kg. I am incredibly unfit, get bored easily so I need something that will start out slow and ease me into it, while still being fun and kicking my butt. I want to lose this weight in the next 3 months, I have been lazy for far too long, and been eating too much crap. I need to kickstart my weightloss again but would definitely like to get some muscle, I am as weak as a kitten, but do need to start at super beginner stage.

Any help would be amazing!

    Would a HRM help as well for exercise? So I know exactly what I am burning?
