Should I really be cutting out carbs?
Because that's what I hear pretty frequently. But to be honest, I stay at about 1200 calories a day but really like a piece of white pizza (I live in Italy) to accompany my salad or veggies. 75 grams of it comes out to about 230 calories. What do you all think?
