Original Biggest Loser workout (seasons 1-2)
Anyone do this one? I started out six years ago doing that, when I started my weight loss journey. I've done several other workouts/programs since then, but I decided to do the high intensity last night from that. It was a good, short workout! I am going to have to add it back into my rotation.

Exercise routines or just free choice?
I wasn't sure what to call this, so I hope it makes sense. Do you have a set program or machine(s) you do on certain days -OR- do you have a wide variety of options and do what what you particularly feel like doing that day? Which works best for you?

combine heavy lifting AND toning?
Does it hurt anything to have 3 heavy lifting days and say 2 toning days in the same week? I assume they might work the same muscles. For instance, if I do 5x5s or something similar on MWF, can I go ahead and do toning with bands on TTh? Would that hurt my muscles? Is the latter really necessary? I am trying to firm/tone…

My parents have both died because of poor health.

white whole wheat flour?
I try to only use whole wheat flour when making baked goods for my family (minus cookies usually, which I rarely make). I use the brown whole wheat flour, but I see a lot of recipes call for the white kind. Is that just as good/healthy? What's the difference between the brown and white?

Do you plan X number of cardio days each week and X number of strength days each week, or do you follow an exercise program? Exercise classes: How much do you pay?
Do you pay a monthly fee or a pay/class fee? What's a good rate? I am interested in taking a Zumba class that is $4/class. That doesn't sound too bad until you think about it. Does the Wii game compare at all to a live class? I have the Wii game and wasn't too thrilled with it, but I don't know if I want to pay to go to a class. What do you think? I kind of want to try it.

Besides your body shape/weight, what's something you'd chang
about your body? I would love to get my teeth whitened. I know they look bad, and I don't like them at all. I don't have patience for those OTC whitener strips either. They've been yellowish for as long as I can remember (I'm 30). Damn coffee!

How do you keep from getting sick?
I really would exercise more if I weren't sick so much (cold, sinus, flu). I teach high school, so I don't think that helps. I think maybe I'm trying too hard...had sinus surgery this summer, get a flu shot every year, take vitamin C, a probiotic, a multi-vitamin, and L-Lysine. I aim for at least 5 fruits/veggies everyday.…
