I did part of P90X3 last year and liked it. I didn't do all the strength since I didn't have all the equipment (sturdy pull up bar), but I did enjoy most of it. Thanks!!

I used to be a coach but quit when my life got turned upside down (long story). How much is the 22HC program? I have done one of the workouts On Demand and found it to be challenging, but in a good way.

I have a ladder, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar (but no door that's sturdy enough for it). I just didn't want to have to pull out the bench. Also, I'd prefer something that's not terribly long. I know...lots of criteria. LOL

I am having trouble too, as I have gained back 15-20 pounds of my 100 pound weight loss. I think what I am going to do is start over today with just 1-2 things I know have helped me in the past. I am going to workout today and not have any extra junk food. Baby steps. One day at a time. Plus, the fact that I got rid of all…

My first go around losing weight (before I had my last baby), I did a lot of walking DVDs (Walk Away the Pounds), Biggest Loser DVDs and Turbo Jam. I did eventually start running, but you absolutely don't need to do that.

The program I am doing now touts "Muscle burns fat," which totally makes sense to me. I would say it definitely won't hurt to strength train with your cardio.

Me! I have done it twice before...once by itself and once with a combo of Turbo Fire and training for a half marathon. The last time, particularly, was when I was in the best shape of my life. (I gained back a lot of weight through my dad's illness/death and my fourth pregnancy.) I just restarted it and am on week 2. I…

Thanks, everyone! Just wanted to let you know that it was in August 2012's issue. I have since had a baby and am working on getting back down to where I was.

Thank you!

Wonderful job! Keep up the great work!!!

That is a wonderful story! I am very sorry to hear about your wife. The day you decided to make a change was the day my dad had a heart attack. He was 55 and a severe diabetic. Two days later, we took him off of life support because he had been without oxygen for at least 30 minutes, and he only had a 3% chance of…

I agree. I do eat white potatoes, but otherwise I think these are good. Pre-baby, I lost over 100 lbs doing these.

I was 277 pounds when I had my first c-section. I eventually got down to 147 pounds (having had two more c-sections in there). My belly got a lot smaller, but I did still have a little pooch. I think I've always had a bit of a pooch though. The flap wasn't nearly as noticeable. I've seen pictures of people who have gotten…

When actively trying to lose weight, I was burning 8-10 calories/minute.
