Thanks, ladies! You are really helping to motivate me. I know I'll feel better when I start eating better and working out (even just walking). I don't want to have a huge struggle to lose the baby weight either.

Thanks for the reply! I'm going to pick it back up tonight.

I have been known to get up before everyone else in the morning, even if it's at 4am, to workout.

Thanks, everyone! I have bought 5 copies so far and always have to show the store clerk. LOL

Thanks, everyone! It's been awesome! My daughter says how she's famous now. Silly girl.

I did that hybrid last year along with training for a half. That got me to my lowest weight. I definitely can see some toning! Great job!

That's great!!! Find an outfit that flatters your figure, and just have fun with it! Thank you everyone! I have some of my tips in the magazine, but since it's only a page, my whole story isn't really there. It talks about how I lost my mother to a heart attack in 2005, but I also recently lost my father to a heart attack…

Thanks! I actually sent my story in as a success story last year, and they contacted me this March.

Thanks, everyone! I will listen to my body.

I thought maybe if I followed Allie (sp?) during the HIITs, it might be okay. I have a friend who's done lots of TF and run a marathon while pregnant. Hmmm...

I do my own strength program (like 20 minutes whole body) with heavy weights usually after my run. I have completed ChaLean Extreme, so I kind of take what I learned from that. I have also checked out this site. I do 10-12 reps with heavy weights for each exercise, making sure to cover each body area with several…

I also breastfed all three of my kids, and I don't think it's "funny stuff." That is one of the main reasons we were given breasts. Just saying...

Mine aren't what they used to be either after 100 pounds gone. Do strength workouts that include your pec muscles.

I started at 260, got down to 150ish, and am back up a bit. My first pictures were after having my first child. I had two more kids in there before the last picture. (You'll see this as my "before" picture in SHAPE Magazine's August issue.) 180 pounds (after my third pregnancy) My profile pic

Do what has been working for you and screw the rest! Can I be honest here? I have lost over 100 pounds without counting calories or points or anything. I know counting those things works for a lot of people, but I just didn't feel up to it. I had other ways to get the weight off. So, I did what worked for me. I listened to…

So sorry to hear about your wife's passing. I am glad you found motivation to get into shape though! Great job!!!

GREAT JOB!!!!!

Thanks, everyone! My mom's death got me started on my path, and my dad's death will keep me going. I WILL NOT have a heart attack like both of my parents, nor will I have type II diabetes and lose any limbs like my dad. Even if I don't get to my ideal weight, I know as long as I am maintaining my health, I should be good…

I am currently reading the book Real Moms Love to Eat, and I love it! It's so realistic and healthy. No deprivation, healthy eating, whole foods, something you can do forever. I am also actually following a workout program now. I usually do that for a bit then get sick of it. This one is more flexible. I am training for a…

Just bumping up my success.
