I have these videos that I would like to hybrid into a 1-3 month long program. I have only done 30 Day Shred, so I am not sure how to incorporate the others. Please give me your advice on how to combine all of these workouts to get the best results. I get very bored with the same thing day in and day out, so I need to add several of these so I will actually stick with the program.
30 Day Shred
Shred it with Weights (kettle bells)
6 Weeks, 6 Pack
Ripped in 30
Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism (don't particularly want/have to add)
No More Trouble Zones (don't particularly want/have to add)
I also have Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire. I do run, but I haven't been doing that much lately either. I wouldn't mind adding in those things for cardio. I don't want to exercise more than an hour max per day.
Thanks!

here is what i would suggest... watch her videos and pick out the best moves that target different areas. you can personalize your own program combining the moves. you do each one for about 30 seconds... you can even organize them into "circuits" like she does... some of her moves are good, others not so much...0

you need to add "no more trouble zones" to your collection. its little longer than the others, about 40 mts but it works! just do each one on each different day with sundays as your rest day. im like you, i get bored easy. I like to rotate all my jillian videos, it helps0

Any other ideas to help me out?0 -
up your weights. for no more trouble zones, some exercises i use 5lb weights and others i use 8lb or 10 lb weights.0

Are most of those with strength? Since I'll be doing those back to back, is that okay with working muscles like that? Same muscles two days in a row?0
