I bought some strawberries and blackberries at the store yesterday (on sale). I have frozen blueberries in my freezer. I would like to make something for dessert tonight, but I only have 100 calories left. I would prefer nothing with Cool Whip since I don't have any. Any ideas? Thanks!

    mix the berries together and:
    1) eat just like that
    2) sprinkle with sweetener and eat
    3) add to yogurt and eat

Maybe make some angel food cake and put the berries on top? Or some jello. Or vanilla pudding.

how about a parfait? if you have yogurt or pudding in the pantry you can layer that between the berries. or make a crumble with some oats and spices. Not real sure of the calorie content of these ideas - since it depends on the type/brand of ingredients you have.

This is more then 100 calories but try it

Greek Yogurt with Warm Black and Blueberry Sauce

Substitute fresh berries for frozen when making this year-round treat in the summer. This sauce also pairs well with biscuits or as a stand-in for syrup on pancakes.

    YIELD: 4 servings
    COURSE: Desserts
    Ingredients

    2/3 cup frozen blueberries
    2/3 cup frozen blackberries
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 cups plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
    Preparation

    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; gently boil 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in butter.

    2. Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into each of 4 bowls; top each serving with about 1/4 cup sauce. Serve immediately.
