I ordered me some oatmeal from myoatmeal.com (check it out it's awesome) anyways! On the nutrition facts the serving size is in gram's and I'm not sure how to measure that out on a food scale that weighs out ounces! Help?

My ankles burn during a workout routinem WHY?!?! HELP

BURNING ANKLES DURING WORKOUT?!?!?!
When I go to my workout class (Body Attack) every now and then during a workout not every workout, but sometimes my ankles feel like they are swollen and the burn soooooooooooooooooo bad during my routine. I am having problems with my sugar intake
