Frustrated!!!!! 2 weeks no weight loss

I'm confused on how the information transfers over to MFP - so if I walk 10,000 steps and it says I burned 350 calories and I have a total calorie intake of 1680 and I've eaten 1400 - it is going to tell me I have 630 calories left?? but it is not going to show the amount of steps I took for the day???

This is confusing to me!
My BMR says 1620 - so my totals for yesterday 1476 Total 1904 Total available -428 remaining So for weight loss should I have eaten a total of 1620 won't I lose more weight if I eat less calories?? :noway:
