Question About Calorie Burn.......
Why is it my gym recumbent says I burn like 142 calories after 30 minutes and my home recumbent says I burn 368? When I record my activity I don't want to over state my calorie burn. What would your advice be? :heart: Jenny

Advice On Rollerblades Needed.....

Regular water vs Flavored water
I'm not a good water drinker, but starting tomorrow I'm going to try better. My question is....... I know regular water is the best choice, but I have flavored carbonated water bottles. I'm thinking they are too much like pop to count as water. What is your opinion?
