I'm not a good water drinker, but starting tomorrow I'm going to try better.

My question is....... I know regular water is the best choice, but I have flavored carbonated water bottles. I'm thinking they are too much like pop to count as water. What is your opinion?

Look at the ingredients. If it contains sodium then it is not water. Not all carbonated waters are bad but you can easily flavor your own regular water. Get a pitcher, slice some oranges and let them sit together over night :)

One thing I have learned, is I'm old enough to force myself to drink something till it's habit. Because the more you drink something, the more your taste buds renew and adapt to the new flavor, then it doesn't taste "bad" anymore

Do what you need to to get more water, but get away from the carbonated stuff mostly.
I have lemon juice that I can add to my glass of water, I have orange slices or raspberries that I can toss in a pitcher of water, cucumber works... just something to give it a little flavour, after years of sodas and flavoured drinks I sitll can't always do water straight up all the time but with some lemon juice or making it an infusion it's pretty easy.
  • I drink the flavored water like watermelon.or key lime.I was wondering the same thing since it says 0 on everything.I am not a big fan of plain water

Water with bubbles is still water. Water with flavors added is still water. Water with caffeine added (e.g. coffee, tea) is still water.

"8 glasses of water a day" stems from a report back in 1945 (!) which also noted that most folks can get a majority of their daily hydration needs without the need to supplement with additional glasses of water.
