Advice On Rollerblades Needed.....

I'm 42 and I think I'd like to try rollerblading. Only problem is I don't have a clue what a good kind of rollerblade is. Should I go with a cheaper blade until I know if I like it? None of my local stores sell adult sizes so I'll need to shop in Rochester Mn and I'm thinking at ****'s Sporting Goods Store. Another question.... Can old dogs learn new tricks? LOL
