Eating back calories lost.
How do I eat back all theses calories that I lose? I don't get it. I don't eat that much at one time and I was told I need to be at 3500 by my personal trainer.Any help would be appreciated.

New training program, need help with increased calories
Today I was told by my trainer I should be having 3500 calories a day. Normally I don't do this but I need some ideas for lunch and dinner to get these calories in. I have borderline high blood pressure and I don't want to take in too much sodium. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks for reading. -Louis

I'm going to put this out there. Right here, right now. What annoying me right now is scales. This is why we quit to often. You don't see results and you walk away from your goals. Just stop. Put the scale away. Get in the gym, eat right and everything will fall in place. Do your best and the world will give back.

living with nut/legumes allergy
