How do I eat back all theses calories that I lose? I don't get it. I don't eat that much at one time and I was told I need to be at 3500 by my personal trainer.Any help would be appreciated.

Hey. My one suggestion is protein and/or meal replacement shakes. This can be an easy way for you to get more calories in without eating.

Protein shakes and add some peanut butter or something in them. That's a good 490 calories and a butt ton of protein right there. (Depending on brand)
Also things like using olive oil and avocado with meals.0 -
Protein, such as whey protein which can be added to basically anything; pudding, juice, milk, water, yogurt, pancakes, waffles, eggs, and the list goes on. Whey protein can be bought at walmart or any other store. There are flavors, shake mix, etc. I hope this helps.0

I eat 3500 calories a day and don't have any problem getting to that goal.... I spread my calories out over the day between 3 main meals and 3 snacks.... My breakfast is no less than 800-900 calories every morning and that is only 3 pieces of brownberry bread (80 calories a slice), All Natural Peanut Butter, Homemade Strawberry Jam, 1 cup coffee with 3 spoons of Pure cane sugar and 1 glass of 1% Milk, also will do Kashi Go Lean Crunch with Banana's, or 2 egg, baby swiss and multi grain muffins with jimmy dean turkey sausage both those meals with coffee and milk also... My snacks are Nuts prefer Almonds but love Pistachios too.. I do Kashi chewy fruit bars (140 calories a bar) on my way to workouts.. Lunch and Supper is normally tuna, chicken breasts, lean turkey, even lean beef or pork along with Veggies, Sweet potatoes, fruit, etc... I have a standing order of 30 almonds and a glass of 1% chocolate milk on my way to bed every night.... I normally have to watch because I can go over even at 3500 calories if I am not paying attention to portion sizes and whatnot..... Good Luck.....0
