New training program, need help with increased calories

Today I was told by my trainer I should be having 3500 calories a day. Normally I don't do this but I need some ideas for lunch and dinner to get these calories in. I have borderline high blood pressure and I don't want to take in too much sodium. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks for reading. -Louis
