9 glasses and i'm still thirsty. what gives?

Maybe your body just requires more water... there is no magic number that is the right amount for everybody. If you have been doing a lot of activity, your body requires more water. If you are thirsty, DRINK!0

not to be an alarmist, but you might want to get checked for diabetes.

I was recently checked out and didn't have that. I tried a new workout routine and also workout earlier in the day. Could be contributing.0
