10lb at a time - Seems so much easier!
Hey, I wanted to share my motivation. I have about 50-60lb to lose. That seems like a huuuuge number. So, i'm looking at it this way. I'll lose 10lbs. then i'll lose another 10lbs. If i do this just 5-6 times i'll be there. 10lbs doesn't seem so much now! :)
