we are fixing chicken fajita's tonight and i got the tysons grilled chicken stirps...frozen, just wanted to know how many stirps would be 3 oz. i need to go and buy a scale.......thanks....

Chocolate milk alternitive????
I love hershey's choco milk but I know there are other choco milk alternitives out there that are better for me to drink, I am looking for somthing I can just pick up at the store. thanks for the help

ok so the family was out and we were at the mall......i had Mainstreet Market, yeah not the best choice but i have been doing good and really wanted some so i said why not.....but now not sure how to log it in here half bourben chicken and half honey glazed chicken kinda like the kind at golden correl not whole pieces…

i have seen alot on here about HRm and then the bodybugg/fitbit and such.....I want to know how many cals i burn.....i dont have a lot to spend but want somthing that is accurate...i workout at home and want to know that i am calculating it right.....thanks so much for all you help, cheryl

how do i sync my phone with the mfp app to my laptop???
i have the MFP app on my phone but it is saying it isnt in sync? not sure how to do that. i would like to be able to use the phone app when i am out. Thanks for the help.

Weights at the gym and calories????
i go to the gym 5 days a week and do cardio and weights how on here can i find out my calories burned and keep track..... i see the exercise tab but how do i put in the weights i do i hope this makes some kind of sence.....this is my first time here.... i like what this has to offer...thanks for the help.. cheryl
