What type have routine have given the best results?
Hi all, I have been working out as much as I can since making a decision to loose weight. I was just wondering what type of routine at the gym has working for losing the weight at a relativily steady pace. I tend to keep flucuating around that same weight and am looking for new ideas to keep the body guessing.
