Hi all,
I have been working out as much as I can since making a decision to loose weight. I was just wondering what type of routine at the gym has working for losing the weight at a relativily steady pace. I tend to keep flucuating around that same weight and am looking for new ideas to keep the body guessing.

~ Increased metabolism
~ More fat loss vs muscle loss
Etc...
