Hi everybody,
I was just wondering if anybody has done the biggest loser diet. I was looking at it and it actually has a higher calorie intake than MFP. If anybody has done them have you had any success with it at all

I had great experience with it, lost about 30 lbs two years ago. It took a lot of planning through the day to get the mix right (ie. two carbs per day so if you eat carbs breakfast and lunch, no rice with dinner). I think if you're changing your lifestyle, that type of eating is the way to go. It's not really a "diet". I did do cardio and weights while doing the plan, too. Good luck!0
