All I want to do is RUN
I am addicted! Not that I am that great at it yet,but I love it. I usually only have time for a 10-15 minute run at the gym,but sometimes I want to skip the rest of my workout and just run for the whole hour. I love the feeling I get from it. I am going to try to incorporate more running time into my schedule. I am really…

My cat was getting pretty chubby. I think I might have been feeding her kitten food too long. She was a rescue cat,so we weren't sure of her actual age. Anyways about 2 weeks ago I switched her to adult food which is less calorie dense then the kitten food (yes I checked the nutritional label/caloric content of my cats…

Hi, I tried looking this up on google but the results were kind of confusing. Just wondering what healthy foods have some iron in them. I have been bruising like crazy so I changed my micronutrients to track my iron and it turns out most days I am only eating about 1/4 the amount mfp recommends .

Making my "Calorie Goal"
My calorie goal is 1200 calories,I generally don't have a problem eating my exercise calories back needless to say.
