I have been a sedentary student -well my life up to this point really. However for the next 5 weeks I will be out on job term and then starting my career. It will be quite physically demanding as I am training to me a nursing assistant and will be helping clients who will most likely be much bigger then me (Im 5 ft 3 and 115 lbs) with walking, dressing, eating and other personal care .A lot of getting up and back down, lifting and pulling etc. All my shifts will be 12 hrs.
Also I am zeroing in on my goal weight-like will hopefully reach it in the next two weeks.
So my questions are:
1.how should I log my new "job" change my lifestyle setting,or log it under exercise?
2.what are some ways of dealing with the new found calorie allotment (maintence calories + highly demanding job allotment)
I don't to gain all the weight back I have worked so hard to drop.
3. Any other 12 hr shift workers have some advice ( ie,logging food on night shift, healthy packed food etc)?
