mfp calories burned vs. machine calories burned
I am just wondering if which method people use in counting calories burned. I'm using a gym machine where you enter your weight and age and it shows half the calories burned as MFP says. Im not sure which method to take. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rough week

I hate salads!

Biggest Loser for the Wii
Today I started the biggest loser for the wii. That is a good work out! I started on the intermediate workout and thinking about backin it down to the begginer...Bob was trying to kill me!!!! But I highly recommend it to everyone!

okay so heres the deal..i am walking for about 2 miles a day at @ least 3.0 mph im burning about 280 calories/day..im supposed to eat 1500 calories/day before working out. Now that i have started working out I am not hungry and cannot force myself to eat 1500 calories much less 1800..is this going to hurt me in the long…

i smashed my exercise goal for the week!
