The first 40 pounds was strictly dieting. Using myfitnesspal religiously. I haven't ever been told that after looking her up I do are the resemblance. Thank you all for all the lovely compliments. They made me smile from ear to ear! Good luck to you all. It's totally worth the initial sacrifices.

I had shin splints when I was in school and they make a velcro constricting band that goes just beneath your knees.. it works fantastic!

I just started it today!! I swear that woman was trying to kill me! My arms were so limp afterwards I could barely wash my hair! With that being said, I loved the workout. Its hard but its supposed to be! Congratulations on your speedy loss! I hope I am as lucky!

Absolutely! I just started going to a gym last week and was horrified before i walked in there! Once I got to the door I told myself-walk through these doors with pride and stand tall..So I did. I walked in there like I had been there a million times. I popped my ear phones in, listened to some music..toned out everything…

I often stuff chicken breast with fat free cream cheese with diced jalapeno, then wrap it with a strip of turkey bacon...it is SOOOOO YUMMY! :heart: I have also stuffed it with broccoli and low fat cheddar...pretty much anything that will fit will work!

thanks everyone for all the advice! i will definitely have to try some of the different combinations. If you already have wii fit plus i paid 38 bucks for the game...im sure if there are game stops where your at you can find it cheaper..they just didnt have any used ones down here...it really is a great game

my husband tricked me one time by using cauliflower instead of potatoes..he totally had me fooled! they tasted great and the texture wasnt bad either! : ) give it a shot...hope you like it
