I don't have any pictures from the very beginning but the first couple are close. I never battled my weight growing up, I was very athletic. In July 2012, I decided to change how I was eating a little at a time. I am so happy I made that decision. I recently started the C25K program and I LOVE IT. It is quickly transforming my body. I just started week 4 and Ive found I love running again. I still have a lot to go but I am so happy with the transition so far, i thought I would share! BTW, all the success stories on here are so inspiring, they truly have helped me get where I am.

    AWESOME accomplishment! Keep it up! You are an inspiration to others. Isn't a wonderful feeling? I too have gone from a size 22 to 16. I'm loving the feeling of being able to shop "anywhere" for clothing!

    You have done awesome!! I have gone from a 22/24 to 12/14 but still am not brave enough to post before/after pictures. Good for you, you must be sooo proud of yourself :)

    i like the feeling from running/jogging too and it fits in so easily w a busy schedule. i'm doing C25K too, but a lil more slowly than the schedule they recommend.
