I struggled trying to figure out meals calories that I made at home, found this website to add up meals and it helps to take the "guess" work out. Hope ya'll like, has been so helpful for me.

I've used it a couple of times and found it to not be so accurate. I did a cookie recipe as written and then substituted half the sugar with Splenda. It gave me a higher calorie count for the Splenda version. Go figure. There was something else that I found that was kind of wonky but I can't remember what it is right now.0

I have used both, and have found the sparkpeople one more accurate and user friendly. the other one often has a hard time finding my ingredients. I never have that problem with the sparkpeople site.0 -
