Hey everyone.. I'm on day 4 of south beach and most of the time it's great... But when 4pm hits, i CRAVE some carbs. I just had a bowl of cereal, but other than that I've been eating a ton of lean meat and vegis. Does anyone know how the occasional carb affects weight loss with South Beach (week 1)...

I HATE TOM!!!!!! All I eat is junk food and I feel like I totally lose all self control. Today I ate breakfast, then-no joke- probably had 10 chocolate chip cookies throughout the 9 hours since breakfast.
