Looking for additional support!
Like many of you I've been up and down in weight over the years. I believe I've finally gotten to the point where I'm ready to take the weight off for good. It would be awesome to have some friends here to push me through!

Awesome Bean Salad!!!
So...my wife and I are trying to find some healthier food choices and she found this yesterday. The bean salad is good on it's own, mixed with other greens and great over eggs for breakfast. Barefoot running
Anyone here do any barefoot or minimalist shoe running? I've been running for a few months and generally do about 15-20 miles a week. I've been seeing quite a bit of buzz about bare foot running and the benefits of it. I was just curious if anyone here has tried it.

I put on a pair of levis that haven't fit in years!!! I've gone from a size 40 waist to a 36. I also jogged 3 miles yesterday. Who knew that fitness was a good thing ?:laugh:
