I didn't bring lunch today, any healthy suggestions??
I wasn't able to bring my lunch today, so I have to run out and get something, I did bring my healthy snacks. I don't like eating out, but I don't have a choice for today. Subway seems like the only choice, but ALL that bread.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS?
I ONLY LOST 5LBS IN A MONTH AND IT SEEMS EVERYONE IS LOOSING 10 OR EVEN 8, I DON'T MEAN SPEED IT UP BY DOING ANYTHING UNHEALTHY, ANY SUGGESTIONS OR MAYBE THIS IS NORMAL??

Doesn't weight come off faster in the beginning?
Today marks one month that I have started my lifestyle change and I ONLY lost 5lbs, I thought in the beginning more weight comes off. I do feel awesome on the inside, but geez all that hard work and only 5lbs.

LADIES: Has your shoe size gone down?
After loosing any amount of weight, have you noticed you drop a size or two in your shoe size. I'm fine with my size 9, it's just I have a wide foot, hoping that shrinks a little after loosing some weight.

INSANITY...SCARED TO DO IT
Ok so I was thinking to do Insanity towards the end of my weight loss, this is my second month in and I feel like I am still building endurance. I just saw a clip of the dvd, OMG. Idk if I even have all that energy, SO should I get it now, are you guys getting great results from it?????

HELP, not sure how many calories I really am burning.
I don't have an HRM, and I am doing the the 30 day shred, mfp says i burned 275 calories for 20 minutes. I thought was to much, so I lowered it to 220, if you have an HRM and your doing the 30 day shred, how many calories do you usually burn. I know everyone won't be the same.

Should I buy a calorie counting watch?
I have heard about the polar watch(forgive me if I am saying that wrong) is that a more accurate reading of how many calories I am burning, than what the machines at the gym tell us. Also when I am doing strength training, I don't know how many calories I am burning.

Jillian's 30 day shred..did it last night...woooo!!
I did my first session of 30 day shred, best 20 minutes ever, it was tough but I got through it and still went to the gym. You have to get that dvd, I love it because you can do it at home and it takes just 20 minutes of your time.

Help...Potatoes, what kind and how often??
So what is the best kind of potatoe to buy, I know they have LOTS of carbs, but of course in moderation it should be ok. Plus they make you feel full. What kind of potatoes are you guys eating and how often a week.

Week 1:Weigh in 2lbs lost...YAYE!!
I know it's just the first week, but I weighed myself this morning and I lost 2lbs. I was not expecting that, I thought maybe I lost only 1lb. Great something right is being done, can't wait to step it up a notch this week!! Small victory, but you gotta start somewhere.:smile: :smile:

Bike at the gym...does it help at all?

Calories Burned
So I just noticed that when I add the calories burned to the calories I have consumed, it gives me more calories I can eat. For example I burned a little over 500 calories the other day and it gave me +500 calories that I could still eat. What if I don't feel hungry, I just read somewhere that you have to eat the calories…
