HELP: HOW COME WE CAN'T LOG DVD WORKOUTS?

                    I DID A DVD WORKOUT LAST NIGHT AND I KNOW I BURNED CALORIES, BUT I CAN'T LOG IT. IT WAS THE THE 30 DAY SHRED BY JILLIAN MICHAELS.  I WANT TO ADD THE CALORIES BURNED.:ohwell:

            You will have to customize your exercise. You put it in yourself describe and put in your calories burned. I use workout DVDS too and I always have to put it in myself. I have a heart rate monitor that tells me how many calories I burned. You will need to get one of those if you don't have one already.0

            Log it as circuit training for 25 minutes0
- 
            you could always log it as calisthenics or plyometrics but it wouldnt be as accurate without a heart rate monitor0

            i do shred too. log it as 'circuit training-general' it should be close to accurate. GL!

            Thanks guys, you mentioned something I have been thinking about getting a heart rate monitor. I know that is more accurate to see how many calories I burned, but some of them are sooooo expensive.0
