Is there such a thing as "eating to much PB". I eat it a couple of times a wk for breakfast...Just wondering if its something I should cut back on....Its just so easy to fix and stays with me for a while.

lean cuisines
Do you think its okay to eat lean cuisines? I hear mixed things, but I just recently ate a few of them. LOL. Thinking about incorporating one or two per week. Not to over do it, but maybe eat it with a salad?

I think I need something to get a jump start. I have heard about Jillian Michaels 30 day shed/shred? I currently do 45 to 1 hr of cardio 5 x a wk and 3 x for weights. could I just add in a video of Turbo Jam or something... Any tips??
