meal plan

Just wanted someone to look over my meal plan for today and give tips..


3 whole eggs
1 egg white
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup of skim milk

**had a piece of hummingbird cake (not tipical..lol)

2 cups of carrots
1 tbsp italian dressing
at this point my totals are 1023 cals 135 carbs 36f 40p
target (1570 216 52 59) targets are without exercise...which I will do cardio for at least 1 hr...
planning for:
lunch
canned tuna
mustard
apple
snack: cucumber

    I'd cut back to say... 2 eggs, keep the salsa, keep the milk, and add some wheat toast. Seems like you're neglecting whole grains.

    Have one or two whole eggs and two egg whites, you won't notice the difference. I agree that you need the bread, find some high fiber whole wheat whole grain and you may find you are less hungry, and feel better, if I don't get some carbs I crave everyone I see. You'll want to get at least three servings of whole grains...
