Logging ground beef
Just wondering- we purchase our beef from a local farm. This beef is grain and grass fed. How do you log this? We do not know the percentage of lean to fat. I tried logging today and so many choices. I hate to go with just generic or whatever.

Failed surgery

Raw Veggies...maybe TMI!
I eat a lot of raw veggies, and love them. Problem is that they tend to make me gassy and bloated! sometimes it hurts!! I do sit 8 hours a day at work, and workout at night. I try to get up and move during the day but even then it's seems like i still have the gas. I've heard that taking a probiotic can help? is this true?

So I just rode my recumbent bike for 45 minutes. My FitBit says I only burned 70 calories?!!! I had it on pleateau, level 17. Avg speed was 18.5mph. This can't be right, or can it? TDEE.....,AGAIN
My tdee -20% is 1652. So i am supposed to eat 1652 calories everyday, correct? But if i exercise and burn 400-500 calories, doesnt that take my calories down to 1200, which is too low? With tdee you dont eat back exercise calories, so im just tyring to understand!
