If I hear "It is what it is" one more time I will burst...I was at the store today and someone next to me said it....I think I bit my knuckles!!! My apologies to frequent users of this expression...but...I - just - can't - stand it.. what do you got?

What's YOUR weight loss plan?
Almost all of us on here log our calories..but what is your plan that goes along with it that has been working for you? i.e exercise plus eating cals back (or not), calories cycling, intermittent fasting, ...what do ya got?

How do you work your food log?
for the past four months I have eaten first and then logged my food. I changed it up today and logged everything first....maybe that's a better route? what do you do?

Lately i have been going way over on protein. Not fats but exclusively protein...is that ok? I also have a hard time getting my set amount of carbs in for the day...not on purpose I just come up short...suggestions?

How is it? inches but not weight?
What is the phenomenon behind losing inches but the weight not showing on the scale? I understand that is happens but why? wouldn't inches correlate with weight? Just curious if anyone knows the answer to this. Perhaps it's obvious, please enlighten me. :)

going over on protein
At least 5 out of 7 days of the week i go over on my protein. When I used to track JUST calories I never noticed but now with MFP it will give a break down...I'm a sabotaging by going over? (open diary)

I seem to go through protien so fast

I've checked out a few diaries and noticed that some people change their caloric goal almost daily...Does that seem to work better? mine is at 1600.. should i switch it up?

My BMR seems really low..confused
how can my BMR only be 1500 c a day? that doesn't seem right...considering I am on a 1200calorie intake. That is only a 300 calorie deficit? im confused.
