I seem to go through protien so fast

It's only after lunch and i only have one gram of protein left...I try to mix things up a bit but I still have over 700 cal. left for the day....any suggestions? My diary is open

    MFP's goal for protein is pretty low. Generally speaking you should aim for 1gram protein per lb lean body mass (which you can find out using your body fat% and a calculator.

    In my case for example I am 5'4 and 112 lbs. my lean body mass in 96lbs. I aim to hit 96 grams of protein per day.

    Also, if your goal is strictly weight loss, you will lose weight whether you go over or under on any of your macros as long as your calories are at a deficit.
