Lean & Green = Paleo?
When I go out to eat with friends (not my closest friends obvi bc they know I'm on medifast), I've started telling them I'm on paleo. It's easier to explain and perhaps a little more socially acceptable. The more I look into paleo, the more I see the similarities. Does anyone know if there are major differences?
