Chipotle in Adobo Sauce - recipes?
I made enchilada sauce using chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. I have never tried chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and now I'M OBSESSED! They are sooooo good. So....what else can I make with them? Anyone know? I'm trying to go low carb, low cal, low fat (low fun - just kidding!). Thinking of turkey burgers mixed with a can of pureed peppers in adobo. Or maybe chicken breast marinated in the sauce. Anyone know how to make a sauce to put over chicken (as an alternative to marinating)? Maybe I'll just experiment with ground turkey and the can of peppers. Send me your tips!

My father in law told me he marinates pork with those chilis mixed with marmalade. Haven't tried it personally yet, whenever I use it, my kids cry its too spicy, wimps, lol.0

Beef Barbacoa in slow cooker
Chipotles in Adobo (1/2 can unless you can stand heat), juice of lime, bay leaf, cilantro, 1/2 onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, beef round roast.
Serve over cilnatro rice, shred and put on tacos, or make enchiladas with them.0
