Are 'starchy' fruit/vegetables bad for your weightloss?
I've seen a few people claim recently that fruit/veg such as bananas, mangos, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, white and sweet potatoes (if you count them as a vegetable!!) aren't great for weightloss.
