Anyone with success on setting goal less than their BMR? They're saying your goal should be above or at your BMR level. Whenever I browse some diaries, some of them are 1200 or even lesser. I'm one of them. I've been eating less than my BMR, had weight loss for 2 wks, except for the 3rd week (0.2 lb). Thanks!
