Anyone with success on setting goal less than their BMR?

Anyone with success on setting goal less than their BMR? They're saying your goal should be above or at your BMR level. Whenever I browse some diaries, some of them are 1200 or even lesser. I'm one of them. I've been eating less than my BMR, had weight loss for 2 wks, except for the 3rd week (0.2 lb).

Yes, but I exercise a lot and eat a-lot just net less bmr0
