Runny Stools
Apologies for asking this early on a sunday morning I have just started my eating healthy routine .. I am having salads for lunch and dinner and noticed 4 days later that i have a runny stool(poop)... Is this normal? Has anyone else had this? thanks

How to lower heart rate
Afternoon all Anyone everyone the rock port walk test? (Walk a mile fast as you can) I am curious to know how to lower my heart rate.. As my heart rate average over the walk is around 165bpm Any advice on what exercise to do? Ie more walking, cycling? Also if I loose weight.. Will my heart rate gradually lower? Thanks

Elliptical trainer (cross trainer)
Morning All, Is the cross trainer good for weight loss? I am planning on doing around 30 mins per day on the hill setting (level 10-15). Would this be beneficial? Or can any of you recommend anything else? I am unable to run to shin problems so need low impact exercises. Thanks

Morning All.. I am currently trying to loose weight and I have had a lot of friends say introduce burps the weight will drop off you.. how is this so? are they good as people say? how many should I be aiming for? Anyone got little workouts for these? Thanks

Unable to run!!
Hi All I am unable to run due to having really bad shin splints I am looking to loose around 20 pounds in weight I currently do around 30 mins on epileptic trainer 3 times per week any idea of work outs?? weight training? body exercises? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Hi all I do a lot of motorway driving and always end up getting fast food.. i.e. macdonalds and burger kings any ideas for meals etc to get instead of going to these fast foods on services? thanks
