I need to know how to figure out the percentage of fat protein and carbs for each day. I'm no good at math but hopefully some one can help. Thanks!!!!!!!!

how is this possible????
eating 1300 calories a day exercising at least 5-6x a week and burning 4000 cal a week and gaining 10 lbs and 10% body fat! I dont mind the weight b/c it could be muscle but what the hell is up with gaining and extra 10% body fat!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm so frustrated!!!!

is this unrealistic?
do you think that this goal is unrealistic? burn 1400 cal 5x a week in total burning 7000 cal a week which is 2 lbs? is this too much? any suggestions???

going to las vegas! what to eat????
so my friends are taking me to las vegas as a birthday thing. they were talking about all you can eat buffets and stuff...what do i do? should i splurge? i dont know!!

went home for 5 days for my birthday!
so i went home for 5 days for my birthday! It was awesome and had loads of fun but......i ate so much now its back to the old calorie counting. i dont know how much i gained but hopefully its not too much

ok so my goal calorie intake is 1530/day.
