My husband can't be trusted either.
He keeps taking the full-sized candy bars out of the kids' buckets.:angry: :grumble: Also we have a ton of left over candy because after I had already bought $20 worth of ring pops and fun dip (awesome right?) he went and bought another $20 of fun size chocolate bars.

Why does a high heart rate mean?
Not resting but during activity. My 41 year old husband did a mountain bike race last summer. 6 hours race, average heart rate 169. That's pretty high for an old dude. Should he be worried? He does use an inhaler for asthma during his races but doesn't over use it, and supplements with caffeine.

This is my "home" trail. Bear Creek Lake Park. In the picture on the left, the trail is down there in the trees. It's covered by about 40ft of water on the right. I'd guess 75% of the trails in the area have seen heavy damage from the Colorado Flooding. *right click -> View image to see the entire thing.
