getting in shape to get in shape?
I've been trying to do push-ups and can now do 2 or 3 girly ones after 2 months. Are there any exercises I can do to strengthen my upper body, so that I will be able to do more/better push-ups?

Could I be allergic to my sweat? (I know, TMI)
I recently started doing a 'bootcamp' style workout. I really like it, and it certainly makes me work up a good sweat. I've developed an itchy, red rash, on my legs, its especially bad around my knees. I noticed last night while I was working out that my workout pants are clingier in that area. Should I change to working…

Help me cut the sugar!
I'm already eating fairly low amounts of added sugars, but I want to cut them even more. The ones I'm working on now are the 'hidden' sugars. I know that sugar can be part of a healthy diet for some people, but I'm type II diabetic, and trying to cut it out, and then add back slowly to deal with my sugar cravings. So, any…

Strength training?
I've been on here for a couple of months now, and am losing a pound or two a week. I do 45min. of cardio three days a week, but would like to add some exercise to my 'off' days. I'm already paying for the gym membership, and I don't have time to get there more often. I want to add something that I can do at home for free…

Sugar grams!
I'm always over on my reccommended sugar intake for the day, usually by lunch time. I'm type II diabetic, so I watch my sugar intake, and my blood glucose, and both seem fine. Today my biggest amount of sugar came from the glass of low-fat milk I had with my breakfast! I've only had whole grains, nuts, eggs, and fruit (1…
