how do i set new goals?
two years ago I started on my weight loss journey and lost 45 pounds. I've maintained for a year. When i started, i also started working out regularly and have kept that up as well. My question is, how do I set new goals for myself in the exercise area? Any suggestions?

did i do it wrong? I did 2 teaspoons in about 10 oz of water. it tasted kindof fishy and bitter, even with sweetener in it. ideas?

treadmill vs track
How much longer do I run on the treadmill at a 1% incline if I can't get to the track? 50% longer? 25% longer? any ideas?

swimming vs toning
I swim laps usually 2x a week for 45 minutes each time. does that cover most of my toning work, since it works all the muscles, or do i still need to really concentrate on weights and strength training? i'm not trying to avoid strength training, i'm just wondering if the swimming takes care of it. Shin splints
I've been wogging, (walking and jogging) for a few months now, and i've worked up to a five min run with a 1 min walk, sometimes a bit more. problem is, i've started getting shin splints a bit. i'm icing now, after my run, and did some ibuprophen. I took a week off, but they were still sore afterwards. Any suggestions?
