ok, what is everyone doing about the stupid band that came with the wii active? i tried some resisitance tubes i had, but i broke them. (seriously, snapped it in half.) i bought new bands, they are too short. i'm at a loss. the band that came with it, we have already stretched it out and shortened it completely, and there jsut isn't much resistance to it. ideas?

My husband has these gold gym resitance band that I have been using and that i love because you can add more bands to add more resitance if you want.

you could always use light free weights. They never break.

You can buy better bands. I've seen them at Wal-mart and Ebay. I had one from my Leslie Sansone dvd I bought awhile ago. Her band is great - really thick, strong and sturdy. If I didn't have that, I would buy a new one. The ea active ones don't provide enough resistance.

I saw resistance bands that you can buy for the P90X system that look really great on ebay.

We got the gold gym restiance band at wal-mart and if I remember it was fairly cheap. I agree that the one that came with wii active was not enough restiance. That is why I had to start using my husbands. And I used it yesterday and WOW my shoulders are sore today. But I wil be back it again tonight. Im on the 30day challenge. I can't wait to see the changes.

I have a question for everyone. Has anyone done the inline skating without the wii fit board?? I can't get the tricks down. I have tried squating down as far as I can and then jump but I can't get it. Any advice there??

I know the controllers are really sensative, so make sure they are pointing the right way. Maybe also try not squatting so far, but just at a comfortable squat and jumping a little faster. Im just guessing at that, but i would start there.

you have to wait til you are at the top of the ramp to jump, in the green part, if you jump too soon it doesnt work right!

    hope that helps!
